Join artist-in-residence Aviva Chernick and spoken word artist, educator and social entrepreneur Ayla Lefkowitz for a morning service with an arts-based response where we gather to sing simple, repeated melodies, to rest in silence, and to move our bodies as we explore gratitude and praise in the morning prayers. Then, we use a different arts and crafts activity to invite personal expression, exploring concepts of prayer.
