Na'aleh Four-Part Mindfulness Series 2025-2026



 


Welcome to Na'aleh.

Our programs engage in Jewish mindfulness practices that include: sitting and walking meditation, contemplative chanting and prayer, heart-centered Torah learning and mindful eating. Through extended, multi-day retreats out of the city, full-day immersive retreats in town, half-day and evening practice gatherings, Na’aleh offers a range of opportunities for the Toronto Jewish community to engage in and deepen practice and to be part of building, nurturing and sustaining a thriving Jewish mindfulness community in the area for years to come.

We are excited to launch our first series, four programs for 5786 (2025-2026). Our first session has been confirm—

    (at Beth Tzedec) 

Na’aleh is a Toronto-based Jewish Mindfulness Collective, led by a team of individuals and organizations devoted to teaching, facilitating and practicing Jewish mindfulness.

You can register here for one or more of the sessions. Please indicate the ones you plan to attend:
$18 to $54 sliding scale
$5 - $36 sliding scale

The suggested fee for registration for the Sunday sessions is $18 to $54 and the suggested fee for the Thursday sessions is $5 to $36 per person. If you are able to pay an additional amount to help defer the cost for those unable to pay the full fee, please select Other and enter the amount you would like to pay.
