Small Groups 2022 | The Good Life Conversations: living a balanced life

Through a myriad of contemporary media sources, including podcasts, TED talks and guest speakers, we explore and discuss the facets of creating a balanced and meaningful life. It is an opportunity to connect with other members over our shared interests, learn from each other's experiences and insights, and to build relationships.

Each session will focus on a specific theme and resource relating to wellbeing and meaningful life experiences. We look forward to exploring topics such as mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, mental and spiritual health, and relationships. Our sessions will be a hybrid model of in-person and virtual sessions. Participants may occasionally be asked to prepare in advance by listening to a TED talk, podcast, reviewing discussion questions, or exploring relevant media sources connected to a guest speaker.
