Join our circle of savvy Boomers who want to stay active and sustain learning.

B-Fit will offer a 40-minute exercise class which can be modified to individual fitness levels. Following the workout, stay for a brief talk on topics related to improving overall health including: stress relief, better sleep, and everyday lifestyle habits.
