Join Aviva Chernick for an opportunity to study the weekly Torah portion through a mindfulness lens— reflecting on the ways the Torah’s wisdom resonates within our own lives.
Together we read in Hebrew and English, supported by classical commentaries and contemporary sources, finding meaning that connects us to ourselves, each other and the Divine.
